Employment is a serious issue for the autistic community with as much as 85% of the 5.4 million autistic adults in the U.S. un or underemployed. To address this problem, Autism Speaks has developed the Workplace Inclusion Now (WIN) Program to give prospective employers of all sizes and types the tools and resources to successfully hire and develop this very capable workforce.
